Receta honey bbq grilled veggie wrap

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs redd peppers
- 2 lbs red onion
- 2 lbs pelled portabella mushroons
- 2 lbs washed, cored and diced green peppers
- For marinade;
- 1 cup liquide magarine
- 3/4 cups cider vinegar
- 3/4 cups honey
- 1/2 cups prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp Marioram
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 20 spinach wrap shells
- 2 lbs shredded lettuce
- 5 lbs washed and sliced tomatoes
Direcciones
- Mix together marindade ingredients. Prep vegetables and toss in marinade.
- Allow to marinate about 1/2 hour.
- Grill vegetables and then cool.
- Once the vegetables are cool, get spinach wrap and place on prep surface, then spread 5 oz of th evegetable mixture on the bottom half of the wrap.
- Add one lettuce leaf and two sliced of tomatoes, then proceed to roll wrap from the botton half to the top.
- Seal the wrap, then slice in half on the bias.
