Receta Honey Chipotle Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x Chipotle chiles (in adobo), minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Stoneground mustard
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 3 x Limes, juice of
- 1 Tbsp. Basalmic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 12 x (5-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Direcciones
- Put all sauce ingredients except the oil into a blender or possibly food processor.
- Chop, then add in oil while running blender.
- Brush sauce on both sides of chicken, then grill 6-7 minutes on each side, or possibly till just done. Serve additional sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
- Also good with grilled shrimp.
