Receta Honey Glazed Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 200 gm Chicken, boiled and shredded
- 400 gm Cabbage, minced fine
- 1 x Cucumber, peeled and cubed (150 g)
- 2 x Oranges, peeled, cleaned and segmented
- 1 x Tomato, cubed fine (100 g)
- 1 stk celery, minced fine
- 90 ml Honey
- 40 ml Lemon juice A few sprigs mint leaves, minced fine
- 2 x Flakes, (4 g) garlic, Minced fine Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- IN a large boil mix all the salad ingredients. Chill until serving time.
- Put all the honey-lime sauce ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
- Add in the sauce to the salad just before serving.Serve chilled.
