Receta Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger root
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Cut off and throw away wing tips; cut wing in half at joint. Place wing pcs in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wing pcs, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate1 hour. Transfer wings to a lightly greased 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 min, turning once. Yield: 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
