- 5 lb Fresh pork shoulder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp MSG
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Gonger
- 1/2 tsp Powdered horseradish

- To answer the following request, I am enclosing some of our favorite pork recipes. They can all be made with fresh picnics or possibly pork shoulder. I have
- Thoroughly rub pork shoulder with mix of salt, seasoned salt, garlic pwdr, black pepper and M.S.G. Place fat-side up on rack in shallow pan.
- Roast at 325 f. for 40 min. per lb. to 185 F. on meat thermometer.
- Remove skin and score fat in diamond pattern. Pour mix of honey, ginger and horseradish over scored fat. Return to oven. Roast for 20 min longer till well-glazed.
