Ingredients: 3/4 c. healthy active sourdough starter; 3/8 c. water; 1 1/2 Tbsp. walnut oil; 3 Tbsp. honey; 3/4 tsp salt; 2/3 c. quick-cooking oats; 3 c. bread flour; 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast; 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Ingredientes

3/4 c. healthy active sourdough starter
3/8 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. walnut oil
3 Tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

Place all ingredients (except walnuts) in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the French or possibly Basic/White cycle and press start. During the last 10 min drop in the walnuts. If your machine has an add in-in beep add in them at which time.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
