Receta Heart Healthy Mud Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp margarine
- 18 ounce nonfat frzn coffee yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, mix crumbs, cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, applesauce and margarine till combined. Press mix proportionately on bottom and side of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake approximately 10 min at 350 degrees till hard.
- Cold and set aside. Chill. Spread softened yogurt proportionately over pie crust to create filling. Place in freezer. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
