  • 5 x honey tangerine
  • 1 1/2 c. orange, juice
  • 1/2 x vanilla, bean, split, and, pulped
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 x juice of two lemon
  • 1/2 c. dry cranberries

Direcciones

  1. Zest honey tangerines and cut segment (skin and membrane removed). Remove seeds from tangerine segments.
  2. In a large pot combine vanilla bean and pulp, sugar, lemon juice, cranberries, tangerine segments and zest.
  3. Place over medium heat.
  4. Bring mix to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for about twenty min, till slightly thickened.
  5. Remove vanilla bean and transfer marmalade to a glass container.
  6. Allow to cold.
  7. Chill till ready to use.
