Receta Honey Tangerine Marmalade

Ingredientes
- 5 x honey tangerine
- 1 1/2 c. orange, juice
- 1/2 x vanilla, bean, split, and, pulped
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 x juice of two lemon
- 1/2 c. dry cranberries
Direcciones
- Zest honey tangerines and cut segment (skin and membrane removed). Remove seeds from tangerine segments.
- In a large pot combine vanilla bean and pulp, sugar, lemon juice, cranberries, tangerine segments and zest.
- Place over medium heat.
- Bring mix to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for about twenty min, till slightly thickened.
- Remove vanilla bean and transfer marmalade to a glass container.
- Allow to cold.
- Chill till ready to use.
