Ingredientes
- 1 x 1 liter tub soft scoop dairy ice-cream
- 4 x Crunchie bars, cut into small pcs
- 175 gm Ginger in ginger wine, roughly minced, reserving 3 Tbsp. of liquor (6oz)
- 1 x Traditional brandy snap baskets
Direcciones
- Scoop the ice-cream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again.
- Transfer scoops of the ice-cream mix into the brandy snap baskets and serve immediately.
- NOTES : A combination of vanilla ice-cream with the flavours of ginger and honeycomb encased in a brandy snap basket.
