  1. Pop corn and set aside in a large bowl. Combine sugar, honey and salt in a small saucepan. Heat and stir to dissolve sugar. Boil to hard ball stage (when a drop forms a hard ball in cold water). Add in butter and vanilla. Pour syrup over popped corn and stir. Butter your hands and shape into balls. Wrap balls with waxed paper.
