Receta Honolulu Soy Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Chicken breast, cubed
Direcciones
- Simmer all ingredients 10 min. Cold. Thread cubed chicken with chunks of pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, water chestnuts on skewers. Broil or possibly cook on grill, baste occasionally with marinade. Delicious.
