Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. butter flavor shortening
- 1 sm. egg
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. With pastry blender cut in shortening to resemble coarse crumbs. In small bowl with fork, beat egg, water and vinegar till well mixed. Stir egg mix into flour mix till dough forms a ball. Wrap and chill 30 min.
