Receta Horse Gram Soup ( Kulith )

Ingredientes
- 300 gm horse gram soaked for 8 hrs and left to sprout for 8 hrs
- 900 ml watcr
- 6 x kokam
- 2 tsp sunflower oil
- 4 clv garlic coarsely crushed salt
Direcciones
- Simmer the horse gram in the water till soft.
- Remove from the heat and drain reserving the gram for the next recipe.
- Add in the salt and kokum to the water
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic till it just begins to change colour.
- Pour over the seasoned gram water.
- Serve very warm.
- A light dish with a musky undernote that is normally eaten with rice.
