Receta Hot And Sour Scallop And Shrimp Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound shrimps, diced
- 6 c. chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 lime leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1 can straw mushrooms
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 tbsp. Thai fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/3 c. minced mint leaves
- 6 scallions, finely minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a pot combine chicken stock, garlic, lime leaves, lemongrass, fish sauce and crushed peppers to boil for a few min. Then add in scallops, shrimps, straw mushrooms, jalapenos and salt and pepper to taste. Let boil and add in the fresh mint and scallions. Adjust seasoning again. Serve immediately.
