Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 2 c. diced warm peppers
- 3 c. diced green pepper
- 5 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & cut up
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and simmer about 2 to 4 hrs (the longer it simmers the thicker it gets). Fill warm jars and seal. 6 to 8 pints.
