- 1 1/2 c. Low-fat chocolate lowfat milk
- 1 x Chiquita banana
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 2 lrg Scoops vanilla ice lowfat milk or possibly Frzn yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate lowfat milk in microwave or possibly on top of stove. Make the banana milkshake by combining remaining ingredients in a blender and processing for 10-20 seconds. Prepare the drink by layering warm chocolate and the milkshake in a mug. Enjoy immediately.
