Receta Hot Chocolate With Rum

Ingredientes
- 1 pt Whole lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Caster sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Warm chocolate pwdr
- 6 x Measures dark rum Whipped cream Grnd cinnamon Cinnamon sticks for stirring
- 4 x Cubes dark chocolate, (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat the lowfat milk and when it is warm, stir in the sugar till dissolved, then add in the chocolate pwdr. Continental blends seem to have more choccy 'body' to them.
- Pour in the rum and then dispense into large mugs. Float whipped cream on each and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Use cinnamon sticks to stir.
- The addition of a cube of chocolate in each mug makes for a sticky ending at the bottom of the mug.
