Ingredientes
- 3 c. Pioneer corn bread mix
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 1 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 7 jalapenos (washed, minced, and seeded)
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
- Bacos to taste
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine all of the above ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
