Ingredientes
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3-4 jalapeno peppers
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese. Pour 1/2 mix in casserole dish and layer with cut up peppers and shredded cheese. Pour the rest and top with peppers and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till done.
