- 1 stick real butter
- 3 cans shoe peg corn (white)
- 1 sliced jalapeno pepper

- Combine cream cheese and butter in microwave dish, microwave high 3 to 5 min or possibly till melted. Add in corn (drain liquid from 2 cans) and diced pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
