- 2 quart. (8 c.) apple juice
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 6 whole cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks, broken into 1" pcs

- In large saucepan, put together all ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer covered, for 20 min. Strain to remove spices. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick. 16 (1/2 cup) servings.
