Receta Hot Shoppes Hot Fudge Ice Cream Cake
Ingredientes
- 2 slices (3 x 3 x 1/2 inch) plain yellow cake
- 1 (3x3 inch) vanilla ice cream square
- 4 T warm fudge, heated
- 2 1/2 T whipped cream
- 1 maraschino cherry, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Place 1 square of plain yellow cake on serving plate. Top with the ice cream square and place the second square of cake on top of the ice cream. Drizzle 1 tbsp of hot fudge over each of the 4 cake corners, taking care to leave the center of the cake free from fudge. Place approximately 2 1/2 tbsp of whipped cream in the top center of the cake square. If you like, use a pastry bag to pipe whipped cream onto top of cake in a rosette shape. Top center of whipped cream with a well-drained maraschino cherry half to garnish. Yield: 1 serving.
