Ingredientes

  • 1 x Liquid removed rinsed can garbanzo Beans
  • 3 x 5 cloves of garlic depending On how you feel
  • 1/4 x To 1/2 c. onion or possibly green or possibly Red pepper x Juice from a whole lemon or possibly Lime
  • 1 x Dribble of sesame oil (leave Out/in at your own risk!!) x Fresh cilantro to taste x Another twist = fresh grnd Cumin

Direcciones

  1. Place the above in a food processor and blend till nearly smooth
  2. spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better = place slices of fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh grnd pepper along with spread of hummus
