Receta Hungarian Holiday Butternut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 stk unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lrg egg yolk
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. grnd pecans
Direcciones
- In a mixer bowl cream together butter, sugar, salt and egg yolk till smooth. Blend in the flour, vanilla and nuts till the mix forms a smooth dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerateup to 2 days. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick. Cut in to desired shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 min.
