Receta Hunter's Style Venison

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Venison cut in chunks (need not be the most tender portions)
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 1 bn Green onions minced
- 1 can Beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine Parsley to taste Onion pwdr to taste Garlic pwdr to taste
- 2 c. Herb croutons
Direcciones
- Brown the venison in butter or possibly margarine, add in mushrooms and green onions and saute/fry for several min. Add in bouillon, seasonings and wine, cover and simmer for two hrs, till meat is very tender, or possibly remove to a baking dish, cover and bake at 325 degrees for two hrs. When ready to serve, add in 2 c. herb croutons, stir and serve.
