- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (3 1/2 ounce) coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 T butter, softened
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min till custard sets. Like magic it layers into crust, custard, coconut topping. Cool.
