Receta Indonesian Satay Pork

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Salted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 c. Sliced onion
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Bouillon
- 2 lb Lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients, except butter, bouillon and pork in food processor and blend to a fine puree. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add in melted butter and bouil- lon. Remove from heat and cold. Pour over pork and marinate at least 3 hrs.
- Thread on skewers and broil slowly over charcoal, turning frequently.
- Cook 25 to 30 min. Serve with rice and extra sauce.
- Serves 4.
