  • 2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 to 1 c. water
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl. Add in 3/4 cup water and oil. Stir with fork till blended and forms a soft ball. If dough is too stiff, add in more water, a tbsp at a time. It should be soft, but not sticky. Knead about 3 min on floured surface till smooth.
