Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Flour
- 4 ounce Sugar
- 8 ounce Mixed dry fruit
- 1/2 x Grated rind of a lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 pch Baking soda
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
Direcciones
- Mix the flour, sugar, fruit, lemon rind, butter, baking pwdr and soda.
- Add in the beaten egg and the buttermilk to make a nice soft dough; beat well and pour into a greased 2-lb. loaf pan. Bake at 300 F for 1 hour, or possibly till it tests done with a skewer.
