Ingredientes

- 4 1/2 c. Zucchini -- - about 6 med Size Sliced or possibly grated
- 1/2 c. Onion -- chopped
- 1 x Handfull parlsey -- minced
- 10 ml Garlic -- - chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. Oil -- Salt to taste or possibly
- 1 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
- 3/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 x Large eggs -- - slightly beaten
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F; combine all ingredients in a large bowl in the order given; mix thoroughly; pour into an oiled 9 X 13 Pyrex baking dish; bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till lightly browned; cold on a wire rack and cut into small squares; can be served hot or possibly cool.
- Note: If served as a cool appetizer, cut into smaller pcs.
