Ingredientes
- 1 stk margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 x egg yolks
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 1 can coconut
- 5 x egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/2 stk margarine
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream margarine and Crisco. Add in sugar, then Large eggs; combine flour and soda, add in to mix alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in nuts, vanilla, and coconut.
- Mix in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
