Receta Italian Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 c. KELLOGG'S(R) SPECIAL K(R) cereal
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 c. Reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 4 x Boned, skinned chicken breasts
Direcciones
- 1. In a food processor or possibly electric blender container, combine KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K cereal, flour, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning till cereal is in fine crumbs. Place mix in shallow pan. Set aside.
- 2. Pour salad dressing into another shallow pan. Dip chicken in salad dressing. Coat with cereal mix. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- 3. Bake at 350 F about 30 min or possibly till tender. Don't cover or possibly turn chicken while baking.
