Ingredientes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp roasted garlic
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. sun-dry tomatoes
- 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 2 ounce chicken stock
- 3 ounce cooked pulled chicken
- 1/2 c. Alfredo sauce
- 4 ounce cooked bow tie pasta - (abt 2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese Fresh basil for garnish Diced fresh tomato for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat a 10-inch saute/fry pan. Add in extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, sun-dry tomatoes, parsley, stock, chicken, and garlic. Add in Alfredo sauce, bow tie pasta and toss.
- Put in large pasta bowl, garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese, fresh tomato and fresh basil.
