- 15 ounce Fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon

- A lightened recipe for the traditional filling for cannoli, the classic Sicilian sweet pastry. This dip is delicious on fresh fruit such as melon spears, peach wedges, strawberries and grapes.
- Combine all ingredients in processor and puree till very smooth.
- Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 6 hrs ahead. Cover and chill.)
