Receta Italian Salsa Verde
Ingredientes
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp each chopped chives, tarragon and basil
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Direcciones
- combine everything except the oil and salt and pepper into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times. Add the oil and puse a couple more times. Taste and season. Make this a day ahead and refrigerate makes 2 cups
