Receta Italian Tomato Basil Dressing

Ingredientes
- 6 x sun-dry tomatoes (not packed in oil)
- 1 x tomato coarsely minced about 1 c.
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh basil coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Cover the sun-dry tomatoes with boiling water and set aside. Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, water, vinegar, and salt in a blender. When the sun-dry tomatoes are soft, drain and add in them to the other ingredients.
- Puree the mix till smooth. Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for a week.
