Receta Italian Turkey Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 lb loaf White bread,cut into cubes
- 8 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Prosciutto, diced
- 1 c. Salami, diced
- 1/4 lb Pepperoni, diced
- 1 lb Mozzarella, cubed
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced Grnd black pepper, to taste

- My friends wife gave me this recipe about four years ago for a party I was having for Christmas. It was an immediate hit and I have been serving it whenever I roast a turkey. It was such a hit which I make extra in a casserole dish.
- 1. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with sufficient water to moisten.
- 2. Add in the Large eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper, mix well.
- 3. Place stuffing in a bowl or possibly casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 375 F. for 35 to 45 min.
- Makes 8 servings.
