  • 4 x Jalapeno peppers, halved lengthways
  • 16 ounce (fl) tequila
  • 1 ounce (fl) Triple Sec liqueur
  • 3 ounce (fl) bottled/fresh lime juice Coarse salt to garnish (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Put the peppers into the bottle of tequila and allow to steep for at least three days. For 4 margaritas, pour 150ml (0.25 pint) of jalapeno tequila, 30ml (1 fl ounce) of Triple Sec and 90ml (3 fl ounce) of lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir and strain into glasses over fresh ice cubes.
  2. If you like, first dip the rims of the glasses into lime juice and then into salt.
