Ingredientes
- 4 x Jalapeno peppers, halved lengthways
- 16 ounce (fl) tequila
- 1 ounce (fl) Triple Sec liqueur
- 3 ounce (fl) bottled/fresh lime juice Coarse salt to garnish (optional)
Direcciones
- Put the peppers into the bottle of tequila and allow to steep for at least three days. For 4 margaritas, pour 150ml (0.25 pint) of jalapeno tequila, 30ml (1 fl ounce) of Triple Sec and 90ml (3 fl ounce) of lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir and strain into glasses over fresh ice cubes.
- If you like, first dip the rims of the glasses into lime juice and then into salt.
