Ingredientes
- Jalapeno peppers
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pickling spices.
Direcciones
- Wash peppers and pack tightly into jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and pour over peppers to cover completely. Leave 1-inch headspace. Adjust lids.
- Process pints 10 min in boiling water. Remove jars; cold and store.
