Ingredientes
- 1 c. Uncooked Long Grain Rice
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Green Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Parsley
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry Thyme
- 1/8 tsp Dry Crushed Red Pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container:
- Yield: 1 1/2cups.
- Jambalaya: Bring Jambalaya Mix, 3 c. water; and 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce to a boil in a Dutch oven. Stir in 1 c. minced cooked chicken and 1 c. minced cooked ham or possibly 1 c. smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 min or possibly till rice is tender. Remove and throw away Bay Leaf.
- Yield: about 8 c.
