Receta Japanese Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg cucumber sliced (I didn't seed or possibly peel it)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds toasted

- This is light, refreshing, and extremely easy! I snarfed the whole thing for dinner, so it's pretty darned delicious too! :)
- BTW, the sesame seeds may seems strange, and even unnecessary, but they are what brings this dish together (IMHO). Go easy on them, you can add in more later - a little go a long way! [Crystalle]

- Put cukes in bowl. Separately, mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar till sugar dissolves. Pour over cukes. Toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, toss and serve. YUMMM!!!
