- 3 x -standard cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 x Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Rice syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 x Fresh red chili peppers seeded
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro

- Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve as a compliment to grilled or possibly spicy foods, or possibly with chicken or possibly fish.
