Receta Jicama, Cucumber And Orange Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb Jicama, peeled and cubed
- 1 x Cucumber, seeded and thickly Sliced
- 2 x Oranges, peeled and cubed
- 3 x Green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Minced mint
Direcciones
- 1. Combine the jicama, cucumber, oranges and green onions in a glass bowl.
- 2. Combine the lime juice, orange juice, chili pwdr and salt; mix and pour over the salad ingredients.
- 3. Sprinkle the mint over the salad, toss and refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs.
