Receta Cucumber and Yogurt Salad
Great alternative to tzatziki.
Ingredientes
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- salt
- 2 c plain greek yogurt
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 T fresh dill (I used freeze dried)
- 1 T white wine vinegar (I actually didn't have any white wine vinegar so I used 2 teaspoons white wine and 1 teaspoon vinegar and it worked great)
Direcciones
- Place the cucumber in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out some of the moisture.
- Combine the yogurt, garlic, dill and vinegar into a bowl.
- Add the cucumber and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- And you're done!
