Receta Kaaju Methi Chicken
A mouth watering creamy chicken recipe!
Ingredientes
- Chicken- 2 lb small pieces
- Onion- 2 large finely chopped
- Tomato- 1 finely chopped
- Green chillies â 3
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
- Coriander powder- 2 tspn
- Black pepper powder: 2 tblspn(or more depending on your spice level)
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tspn
- Garam masala- a pinch
- Kasoori Methi-1/2 tspn
- Vegetable oil- 2 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Cashews- around 20 pieces made into a fine paste by adding very little water
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, green chilli and salt and sauté for 10 mins till its golden brown.
- Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder and saute for 5 minutes till the onions and tomato form into a smooth mix. Add little water only if needed.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes-15 minutes or till the chicken gets cooked. Add little water only if needed.
- Reduce the flame, add the grinder cashew paste and kasoori methi and cook for 2 minutes.
