Receta Kalbi Kui Broiled Short Ribs

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Short ribs
- 3 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. Green onion, finely chopped Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 tsp -Pepper
- 2 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 2 tsp -Sugar
Direcciones
- Cut ribs in 2-1/2"x 2" pcs and score surfaces. Combine marinade ingredients and soak ribs for 1-2 hrs. Place on cool broiler pan; broil on middle rack position 10-12 min on each side or possibly till of desired doneness.
- Be heavy handed on the garlic and ginger if desired. Get the butcher to slice the short ribs very thin 1/4" or possibly less. And broil over coals. This and steak teriyaki is a favorite island picknic item.
