Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. minced nuts, lightly floured
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except nuts and egg whites. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or possibly till done.NOTE: Less vegetable oil may be required than mentioned above so use your own judgment.
