Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 x 2 pound fish fillets (white fish)
  • 1 x (16 ounce.) jar mild Mexican salsa
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Jack, Cheddar or possibly mozzarella)

Direcciones

  1. Put fish in an ovenproof dish. Pour salsa over fish. Top it off with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
