Receta Kim's Mexican Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. taco sauce or possibly salsa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- In medium size mixing bowl beat egg slightly. Fold in onion, pepper and taco sauce. Add in raw grnd beef, mixing well. Add in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Mix in crackers, then mix in beans blending all together well. Pat down firmly into bread or possibly meat loaf pan. Top with a thin layer of barbeque sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
