  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. (heaping) mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard -- (scant coffee Spoon)
  • 2 Tbsp. Cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c. Parsley -- minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve warm or possibly cool.
  2. Makes 4 patties and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
